Water leaks, roof problems, gas and electrical problems are considered emergencies. Report all emergencies as follows:

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm call the office at: 734.327.6907 or
Monday to Friday before 9am and after 5pm, on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays call the Answering Service at: 734.786.6903

Lock-out Service: $50.00 fee due at time of service with acceptable I.D.

Note: “Locked out” service is not a right but a service provided by the Lessor for the additional fee and is subject to the availability of staff.
